Summary
CH340 based USB to Serial Converter. For using with microcontrollers and other devices with serial interface (TX,RX). Thers's a 3V3-5V toggle switch which enables it to be used with both 5V and 3.3V devices.
Windows driver: Download from here.
You might have to disable "driver signature enforcement" on windows first before installing the driver. To do that -
Step-1: Start>Update & security>Recovery>Restart now
Step-2: Troubleshoot>Advanced options>Startup Settings>Restart
Step-3: After Windows restarts 7) Disable driver signature enforcement
Step-4: Press F7 to disable driver Signature enforcement
